The Service Adviser that provided exemplary customer service was a young woman with dark hair and an enthusiastic, outgoing manner. She dealt quickly and effectively with the only complaint I had (minor irritation at not being able to connect my iPad to your wi-fi network) by getting another employee (from where I don't know) who was very knowledgeable about Apple devices and had me connected in a few seconds. Both of them have exactly the kind of personality that makes for superior customer service. I'm sorry I don't know their names and I didn't see either of them around when I left, so couldn't thank them personally. I chose to bring my wife's CR-V to S2M Honda because I was very impressed with the Service Dept manager who spoke at the new owner briefings I attended when I bought a new Fit a few months ago (I attended twice because the chicken and brownies were great!). At this point I am certain we will be bringing both cars to you for service. more
