I joined the Spa Fitness and Wellness Center last year and am happy to say that it has been my saving grace! I enjoy the group exercise classes (Zumba is my favorite!), then relax in the suana or the whirlpool. The juice bar is fantastic wit all sorts of gourmet salads and sandwhiches! When my husband deployed, I took advantage of the free childcare to work out, relax in the wet rooms, or just hang out at the internet cafe for some ME time!
