Had the car serviced on a Friday; but couldn't pick it up until the next day (Sat.) because of time needed to do the servicing.
While Larry was off on Saturday, he made sure we went over the cost of repairs on late Friday, and had the car washed and ready to go on Saturday morning when I arrived.
I appreciated being furnished a rental car on Friday so I didn't have to spend the entire day sitting in the customer lounge, as nice as it is!
Larry is a great person to work with!
