My husband and I joined the Spa Fitness & Wellness Centers four years ago. We had to relocate for employment and had to cancel our memberships. We called their corporate office and spoke to a very nice woman who patiently helped me through the entire process. I turned in everything that was asked of us and about three weeks later got a letter in the mail stating our contract was cancelled. We are looking into moving back into the area soon and I cannot wait to sign up again. After reading some of the reviews on this page, I couldn't help but write my own. I don't understand people who sign contracts and then complain when companies have to stick by those contracts. If you claim to be an adult, why don't you read things before you sign them. Instead of blaming the owners or the sales staff why don't you look into the mirror and ask yourself why you chose to sign up for something when you knew you couldn't afford them.
