I purchased my car from here, and I've had my oil changed there since I purchased it (probably 6 times). Every time I have gone, the wait has been 2-3 hours and the service has been poor. The people are always disrespectful. The last time I went was my last. Why? I informed them that my front right tire was leaky, and they informed me that they "took care of it." They also "rotated my tires." Well, a couple weeks later, my tire was low again. Ironically, it was the front right. Not only did they not rotate my tires, but they didn't fix it. They didn't even seem to care when I called to complain. Who knows what else they didn't fix on my car when I've brought it in. I do not recommend them whatsoever.
