The M is beautiful, but falls apart after that. We were sold on it being an out of the way, nice, less crazy Las Vegas Resort. However, after arriving, they didn't have my room ready, then they tried to charge ME a higher rate, rather than the rate we originally had. Their reason, because of "the last minute change".....which was their mistake. It then took until MIDNIGHT to get me checked in! (I arrived at 5PM). During the day, the nice quiet pool area they sold us on was now a loud, obnoxious drunken frat party with loud music. The pool was completely family-unfriendly and downright dangerous for kids. Then when the drunken festival ends, they lock the pool up and paying guests can't even use it!!! The way overpriced buffet was pretty good though. I would not come back.
