They responded the same day when we asked for an estimate, and the work started shortly thereafter. They had to first remove the asbestos and then remove all of the old ducts (1 day). Then the heater and the new ducts were installed, and the entire job took just a little over two days. They were prompt, polite, and efficient, and actaully left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. And in addition, they actually pointed out a couple of other things that needed to be repaired, and these had nothing to do with the heater installation. Overall, we were very pleased with their work.
