I have recently bought the used 2010 Toyota Highlander. I am a Canadian citizen living in Alberta and was quite nervous when i started looking for a vehicle in US because of all the horrible stories i heard from my friends. I found a vehicle on Edmunds.com and sent an email for a more information. After initial queries i started talking to Used Car Manager CJ Miller who helped me and gave me a confidence about the vehicle i was interested in. He helped me every step of the way knowing that its an internet transaction and I am buying a vehicle without even looking at it. The whole process was extremely smooth and the entire team of Continental Toyota specifically CJ Miller was extremely gracious and considerate. The vehicle was shipped from the dealership and i received the delivery yesterday and CJ followed me with an email that if i have recieved the vehicle and how do i like it. I just wanted to tell all the people reading this review that buy with confidence at COntinental Toyota because I found CJ Miller very honest and helpfull. I bought the car without even looking at it and now that i have a car its more than my expectation and received everything that CJ promised. Once again Thanks CJ and Jacky. Wonderful experience
