We purchased a play set in the spring of 2010, 12 months later the finish is very worn, I called and asked them to recoat it, they will not do it until late summer (at a cost to us even though they admit the sprayed on finish it is sold with does not last), which means it will look terrible in our yard and be exposed to the elements. They also offered to sell me the stain for $38.00 a gallon and I could put it on myself ! We have several cracks in the main beam, they told me I would have to deal with the manufacturer on this, take my own pictures, etc., they were not involved in any way with manufacturing complaints. These sets are very expensive, so if you want the business you deal with to back up their product, I say buyer beware!
