I was sent an arrangement of roses from this florist that arrived on a Friday afternoon and was wilting by Monday. Additionally, the arrangement sender ordered a particular arrangement off of their website and paid for the arrangement to be made with a dozen roses. The arrangement was only made with 10, and was poorly constructed. Apparently their "substitution clause" allows for them to send fewer flowers and more filler in their arrangements. I would not recommend this florist to anyone who enjoys quality arrangements. more
