The women's unit at Ridgeview is a complete joke. I work at this hospital and mostly on this unit. I suffer from an eating disorder which has reached the point to where I cannot refrain from acting on it even while working this unit. They have completely failed to see all of the signs even though they work closely with them everyday....including my rapid rapid weight loss. This unit has unqualified and unofficially trained CAs running groups they have no buisness running. The staff members on this unit constantly joke at the expense of their patients and say horrible things behind their backs. The attitudes and actions of the staff members on this unit have made me completely lose faith in the one field that used to be my passion.
