Pens and Needles was the first Tattoo place I have even been in. I found it very clean and not like your sterotype Tattoo parlor. I got a beautiful tattoo of a Stargazer Lily on my left shoulder blade by Corrina S. My husband can't stop bragging about it to every one he sees.
