I take my kids' clothes and toys to this store about twice a year. I take very good care of their Gymboree, Gap, Matilda Jane, etc... - wash in cold/hang to dry - and their toys have been played with very gently. The time I've spent looking around the store while they're going through my things, I've never once found anything I wanted to buy. Everything looked faded/pilled/dingy, shoes were gross - no wonder they are thrilled to take all of my stuff. I'm surprised they don't have higher standards for what they accept. Looking at their prices, unless the item happens to be new with the tags, you could go to Target and buy brand new clothing for about what you pay here for used. I wish I had more time on my hands to sell my stuff on eBay - I'd make a lot more money!
