I called AACE last year when my drier went out. First they said it was the heating element, which was replaced. Then the drier made a horrible noise and they said they had to replace the motor and bearings. Three weeks ago, the noise started again. I called both the company's main number and the technician, NEITHER HAS RETURNED MY CALL AND I'VE CALLED 2-3x/wk FOR THREE WEEKS! In frustration, I called another service company who showed up the day after I called, to confirm that the motor was bad. When I called AACE again to complain and tell them that I was going to post this, the owner (who I've talked to before) said he knew nothing about this. Now he wants me to fax over copies of all my receipts and he'll see what he can do, but since it's out of their 90-day warranty, there's no promises. We'll see if he calls back. more
