Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The only negative was that when my car was returned from the service area there was grease on the seat belt connector which transferred to my clothing and grease on the inside of the passenger door. This is a first, so hopefully, it will be remedied. I do appreciate the respectful way of all the folks there. Thanks!
