This was our first time in florida and we very impressed with the standard of service at the hotel.
The rooms were clean and big and the beds were clean and comfortable a godsend after walking around the parks all day.
It was nicely situated opposite wet and wild and close to shops, pubs and restaurants although the Black Angus was so good we ate steak there virtually every night. Their steak juice that comes with the cowboy is to die for!!!
In the room there was a full size TV and coffee maker ours leaked all over the table on the first night but one phone call to housekeeping and we had a new one within quarter of an hour. We also were provided with extra pillows when we asked for them and extra milk sugar and coffee at reception.
The pool was lovely if a little cold and very quite at the time of year we went. Perfect for a relaxing morning after a couple of days at the parks.
The bathroom was clean with a massive mirror and hairdryer and we had fresh clean towels everyday.
We would recomend this hotel to anyone, we are going back again in 4 weeks time and I can't wait.
