Having been in business many years, I have had occasion to encounter employees who are incompetent, carcastic, beligerant, lie, or are rude to customers. To my recent dismay, Trinity Pharmacy employees practice "all of the above". Instead of repremanding and retraining or replacing employees, management makes a feeble attempt to justify intolerable behavior.
