I just want to say thank you for making my trip to Miami so easeful. I travelled from Australia and it was great to get a late check in. It was 95 degrees outside when I got there so it was great to walk into a cool airconditioned room with an awesome view over the 3 pools. The room was clean, modern and well appointed. Room 309 has one of the best views of the pool and the large windows made it a pleasure to wake up in the morning. The shower was also one of the highlights. Set according to temperature it made the usually laborious task of getting the right hot water temperature an absolute breaze. Compared to other much more expensive hotels in the area, this was great value for money in the heart of South Beach. Would return in a heartbeat. Again thank you.?
