I was disgusted! Upon entry into the San Mateo moptops (Cottonwood location closed) there were bugs, trash all over the floor and the place had not been swept much less mopped, and we were there when they first opened for the day. The seats they expect you to sit and wait for an hour or two upon are not only filthy but ragged. I would not consider the staff welcoming or customer friendly. It isn't rocket science to cut a child's hair when you have a TV in front of them. I will continue to pay $40 or more at an Aveda salon for my child instead of recommending this clinic full of germs to anyone. I love and value my child too much to give her less than that and you should too.
