I recieved a day at the spa for my birthday over the weekend. I was thrilled that I would have the chance to get pampered all day. So much for that! My massage & facial were wonderful, but afterwards I waited an hour & a half for my manicure & pedicure only to find out that the girl who was suposed to do it wasn't even there. How is that possible? I was able to get it done at the end of my day, which took 2 hours longer than it was suposed to. I recieved the pedicure & manicure for free leaving me with like a $60 giftcard. Well judging on my first & LAST visit, I won't even bother using it. It was such a waste of my time. I will NEVER go back there. Girls warn your husbands. If they ever send you to a spa, make sure it's not this one!
