The waitress was slow at getting our drinks (in which arrived 20 mins after ordered), as well as customer service. There was another couple across the way that arrived after us. They received their drinks within 5 min. (they had a different waitress). We ordered a salad, we did not get it until another 30 mins. The other couple... 10. We waited for our meat lovers pizza and did not receive that until the other couple had gotten their to-go boxes. It was crappy. The pizza was delicious, but not appealing. The meat and such was sprung on the pizza as if someone was in a hurry (not professional) especially at $16. We replaced the salami with sausage, and were charged $2. Had we had known, we wouldn't have done so. The pizza was small even though we ordered a large. (you can get a bigger pizza with more stuff on it at pizza hut for a cheaper price).
The waitress had no class when acknowledging us. She never said thank you, you're welcome, are you doing okay?... or anything. She plopped our items on our table, and walked off. For the first time ever, we didn't tip a waitress because it was horrible. Note: the other couple only took 20 mins to recieve their food and ticket, us... 1 hour and 30 mins! (they had a dif waitress). The other table that had the same waitress as us, were complaining about how slow she was and that perhaps she had something against smokers (cause we were all smoking outside which is allowed). When recieving the ticket we noticed that a margarita (Which is SMALLER than a $3 beer) cost $8. You can get a big mug of margarita at chilis for $4.. c'mon what's wrong with this? I will most likely never return... due to the customer service and ridiculous pricing.
