Kept coming here for the haircut from one stylist only to have the last experience cement the cold & unwelcome feeling you get every time you return. (kept thinking it would be different next time).No one acknowledges your presence from the moment you walk in up until the moment you leave.(except the owner who brightly smiles while she takes your payment). Be prepared to be truly on your own at this quite pricey salon. (Color & cut run $110 before tip). Forget about a single stylist working there interested in helping you in any real capacity. No coffee, not even water, no coat/purse checking in, no eye contact with anyone the whole time there, no smiles and if you are not happy with how your hair color turned out "you are the one that is wrong"..it "looks just fine" to them - "go away"...in other words you are not the paying customer in their minds & just a number to them..."next,next"...Plan on finding a warm & welcoming salon that truly deserves my $110 So disappointing this place continually misses the mark and they are clueless as to why?..don't waste your time/money...
