Good: I like how personable he is.. Bad: The wait. Most of the staff is great, but some need improvement on their people skills... After all, they are in the service industry.. Improvements: Maybe get a PA for assistance to speed things up, but part of what I love about him is the time he spends with me.... Other: If you hurt, he WILL fix you... the first time..
