I have bought several new and used cars over the last ten years. You get what you pay for. Most people only write bad reviews. I went to Grand they were very professional and we ended up buying a used 06 outlander. Guess what the check engine light came on 2 weeks later. I bought back to them and they fixed it for free. When I was in the sevice dept waiting room I talked to several happy customer who all had great things to say about Grand. Maybe this woman should give them another chance. It seems like she might bought her car to the wrong service dept. Everytime I have ever gone to a oilchange place they tried to scare me with bs a possible major problem. Quit going the Jerry Springer oil change place lady. Those quick lube place will rip u off not the dealer.
