I stumbled upon Chapman Air by searching the internet on the BIG snow day. My heater went out. I called another company first, they did come out and told me I needed to replace my furnace due to a serious problem and they could install later in the day. I was shocked as I had not had any real problems with my furnace so I didn't feel too comfortable with them and found Chapman. The way the phone was answered, by a real sweet lady, gave me my first clue. No automated machine and they had crews working. They treated me like a VIP and the tech was at my house when they said he would be there. It was a minor problem with my heater. In fact, I had messed up my thermostat. I did not tell Chapman another company had been out previously because I wanted to see if they would confirm what the other company said. Glenn from Chapman checked my heater thoroughly after re-setting my thermostat. No problems, in fact, he said my unit was in good shape. Thank you for being honest. more
