We were at a retirement get together last nite at Sam Seltzers, and for 40+/- people there was 1 waitress. My husband ordered a rib eye, and it was not a rib eye, it was very tough. He sent it back and had it taken off the bill. I had to ask for the potatoes that were supposed to be with the meal, and when I got home realized I never received the broccoli I had ordered. Many others in the group were also not happy. Sam's has to work harder to take care of it's customers. In addition, if we wanted a drink we had to go to the bar.
