I like coming into BMW of Mt. Laurel knowing that my client adviser will be there. I like seeing the same faces... I like that the staff (front and back) knows me by name and addresses any issues that I have swiftly. I hope that BMW of Mt. Laurel recognizes the importance of continuity in a more specialized market. Russel Juelg is a great guy - he kept me informed on the delivery status of my vehicle. Moreover, he has assisted me with aftermarket/post delivery items that I asked for. He is very thorough and a pleasure to work with.
