I took my daughter there to get her shots before school started to get her shots, I was scheduled with another Dr, without my knowledge and I told them 3 times that I did not an exam if my insurance did not cover it because she was not sick, the female Dr. told me my insurance would cover it and did the exam anyway, my insurance did not cover it and I got stuck with the bill. I called and spoke to billing and they were no help I even wrote a letter to my daughters Dr. and they were still no help not only do I feel like they do not care they wrote me a letter dismissing my two daughters from there practice, I paid the bill and did not want to go back. I never could even talk to my Dr. They only care about money and unnessary wok.
