Dave himself came out to my place for a washer repair...he had the washer (a whirlpool) apart, found the problem and installed a new pump within 20minutes! Left the old pump part with child's sock still wrapped through the intake (the problem!) and not moving. So far I am very happy. Not sure why other review sounded good but only had 1 star...guessing the person typo'd it.
