Though there are good points about Value Village, the bottomline is that their Customer Service Policy is abusive. For instance, if you buy electronics that are not working properly, the customer has no recourse. The consumer donates to the store then buys from the store but has NO recourse if an item is found to be damaged or faulty. In this country, in this day and age, the consumer should not tolerate this kind of policy.
