This place has inept workers--I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation two weeks ago, came in and the older guy told me to wait a second and they'd be right with me. 45 minutes later I was walking out in disgust and they said wait wait they'd get it, but the store was closing soon so they could only do the oil change.
30 minutes later one of the cashiers had to remind a mechanic that my car was waiting. All told, it took me 1 3/4 hours when I had an appointment and I didn't even get my tires rotated. They were not apologetic at all and it seems like this is par for the course here. They simply cannot run a shop--there was someone in there from another Computer Tune and Lube shop filling in too--just a mess. Everyone makes mistakes, but after the first mistake of forgetting about me they should have been doing backflips to rectify it. Stay away from here until they learn how to do their jobs.
Another guy was in there waiting an hour and a half for his oil change too.
