Good selection of products. They have a little bit of everything. Service is a weak point. I usually don't need assistance. I know what I want. I get it. The two times I needed some assistance (rock climbing rope and kayak) I could not get it. Easy solution: I bought both items someplace else. I don't complain. I just take my business elsewhere when needed. I've been to the flagship store in Seattle. Outdoor heaven! Better help there.
