This is a wonderful little chain in Oregon, they bake fresh bread daily, really healthy bread, and some sinful bread too. They hand out samples all day long and big slice of warm bread with butter. My favorite is the Apple cinnamon bread. Some of their Itailan bread w/ chesse is to die for and the perfect complete to a spagetthi dinner. But they have hundreds of breads to choose from, and they also cater meals. They recently added yummy sandwiches.
