DO NOT GET MCI 11/13/2005

This is the worst phone company ever! I joined mci about 6 months ago and what a mistake that was. They offer a great deal for $45 I would get unlimited local and long distance, call waiting, caller id, etc the works. And also when I get my first bill they were going to pay it. Great, right? Wrong it was horrible, when my first bill came it had a coupon in it for $45 but my bill was not $45 it was $ 75. They added on so many little charges my head was spinning. I thought that it was because I had just sign up. So I waited for my second bill, my second bill was even higher.I couldn't believe it. I called them up and 2 hours after pushing buttons to get to an operator I finally get through to a real person, they informed me that they messed up on my first bill and it should've been $95. I told them about the great deal that they gave me but she told me it was only for 3 months. THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT! I wasn't able to pay the whole amount and sent in $50, well because my whole bill wasn't paid they shut my phone off. So I paid it now the other day I went to make a phone call my phone was shut off again.. I call them from a pay phone and they tell me that I didn't pay my bill, but I didn't received my bill they don't care, ok so now I take out my credit card and make a instant payment so my phone will go on. They tell me it takes up to 24 hours to get it put back on, ok fine it's Thursday so by Friday I'll have my phone again right? Wrong, Friday comes and I pick up the phone to see if it's working and it's not so there I go again up to the pay phone and call them, they tell me that they can't put the phone on because it's a holiday ( Veterans Day) They got to be kidding me I asked for a supervisor and she gets on and tells me that there's nothing she can do. I blew up I told her the whole story about not getting my bill, making a payment with my credit card and she's telling me I should've known that my bill was due. I told her come Monday I'm switching my service to someone else, and this is one of the worst companies I had ever dealt with. So now you heard my story on mci so save yourself the headache and don't go with them. more
