Pleasant experience 11/6/2013

Before iStorage took over, the place was starting to deteriorate. When they took over the place, we immediately saw improvements in the personnel that were there and they really cleaned the place up. Had we not moved, we would have stayed there. Rob E. more

The previous storage company management was very poor and we had to move some items out of two storage units that had fallen into disrepair under their care. As we were moving, we drove by and noticed iStorage. We did a preview of the facility, it looked well-maintained, and we ultimately decided to rent. The storage unit is very clean, neat, and relatively new. more

Nice and easy for local storage 10/3/2013

I work with a local sports league, and iStorage Carson City is located right down the street from us, so we use them for our summertime storage. They're very convenient and accommodating, and that's why we continue to use them. It has been great working with them over the years. We rent a 10x10 for our storage. As far as security goes, I drove by the other day, and the west gate was wide open. I don't know if that's a good thing, but other than that, we've been happy with our experience. more

Alright 9/24/2013

I had to take my dad in a home and while he was there, his house was broken into. I had to store the rest of his things at iStorage. I have two units there and a few of my things are over there as well, including a motorcycle. I've been there for about ten years. I rated them a three because they raised the prices from what they were originally. more

The guy in the office (can't remember his name) was very accommodating and helpful. He made our having to move into a different unit as easy as it could have been. more

Nice and clean. We really like the new hours from 7 to 11. We have a four hour drive to get to the storage. It is nice to be able to unload in the late evenings. 8/17/2013
