For some reason I always have bad luck in Woodinville, there must be something in the water!! I have learned to shop in Bellevue or Kirkland.... If you are with Verizon and need some service I would never suggest going to the Woodinville location. There is always a long wait and the service is horrible. The last time I was in there store I was "lucky" enough to be helped by Jeremiah, who was a very hostile and arrogant employee...I guess his "better than you attitude" must come from working retail at the Verizon Store, WOW!!! I will never be back to deal with his attitude problem..... The Redmond location is much, much, better. The employees are much more professional, organized, and experienced. I guess this is what I get for paying Verizon over $400.00 a month for the last two years!!! :)
