They've given conflicting advice and when I've called to follow up with questions I'm transferred to a billing clerk as opposed to a nurse or a physician. The physician who finally called me back was yet another doctor who had never seen me and merely stated that he would not help me. Even my first ultrasound was scheduled for an hour, but the tech needed some me time so rushed my husband and I out in 15 minutes. We've always had long waits and just no courtesy. But mostly I'm worried about the health of my baby because I've been sick and I can't get a straight answer from this practice.
