I recently purchased a 03 Nissan Altima from a private seller only to discover the previous owners did not bother to have several recalls taken care of which had been discovered several years earlier. ok my car to wright to have these recalls taken care of and to have my car looked at due to the fact that the service engine light was on and my car had stalled several times at low speeds while I was operating the car. From the moment I stepped into the service department it has been nothing but a nightmare. As of now Bernie has no clue if repairs have been started on my car, where the paperwork is since the tech in charge won't be in for 3 days, what the diagnosis is with the stalling or even if they still have my car!!! Bernie was supposed to call me back and it has been almost 2 hours and I still don't know where my blasted car is. So being very annoyed I called and spoke with an operator by the name of Deborah who was rude and demeaning and acted as if I was being unreasonable in my demands and that Bernie would get back to me as soon as he can. This companies professionalism is non existent and I will never again in the future intrust my vechicle to anyone at Wright automotive and if you do beware is all I have to say

I bought a 2009 Hyundai Sonata right off the showroom floor from Wright about a month ago as of this writing. My salesman, Bob, was outstanding. Honest, sincere, and professional, considering he is less than half my age, I feel he has an excellent future in the industry. The credit manager worked hard to gain my business and obtain the best interest rate possible. I generally don't like credit people but this guy was good. While I've not used the service department, I have ordered several addons from the parts department and they are effective and efficient. From what I've seen, the service department is well-staffed and even includes a number of attractive women. I absolutely love my new car and have my fingers crossed that the service will be there for me when I need it.

They have amazing incentives if you have purchased from them in the past... i bought a honda from them, and they send flyers out when honda is doing owner loyalty and wright will double the owner loyalty rebate! the prices for new cars come down drastically with all their incentives. They definitely work to keep you as a customer.

I was pleasantly surprised and quite pleased with my treatment by the people at Wright Automotive Group in Wexford. I had a special need and found them to be helpful, polite, interested and just generally nice about it . They also were able to give me the correct answers and fill my need. I recommend this dealership for sales and service issues.

they have amazing incentives if you have purchased from them in the past... i bought a hyundai from them, and they send flyers out when hyundai is doing owner loyalty and wright will double the owner loyalty rebate! the prices for new cars come down drastically with all their incentives. they definitly work to keep you as a customer. I will definitly buy our next new car from them!
