These guys wouldn't be half bad if they could get their act together. We recently bought a Honda Odyssey from them and they gave us a decent deal so I'm not complaining about that.
They didn't have our paperwork ready for us and it ended up taking the entire afternoon.
They are STILL messing around with putting in our stereo, tow package, and dvd setup. My husband has asked repeatedly to have this scheduled and all we hear is excuses.
So on customer service they really stink and need to step it up. If you buy a vehicle you shouldn't have to fight them for every little thing you were promised and you definately shouldn't have to waste and entire afternoon sitting around waiting for people to pull their head's out when you asked two days ahead to have it ready.
