first of all, i can not speak for the service of this salon but that is only because i never made it that far. i was looking for a few things for my girlfriend of ten years as a special suprise without an occasion. after reviewing a few websites i called salon de capeilli. i was told that i wouldnt be able to book a facial due to lack of qualified staff so i decided on a hot rock message, manicure, and a pedicure at the price of 180 us dollars. i told melinda{the manager/owner} that they could go ahead and charge my credit card and that the reciept wasnt nessasary. later that night i checked my credit card (witch was a pre-paid vanilla visa with no other transactions on it) and i found that they had charged me 240 dollars, i called the same night and cancelled and informed them why. the salons policy is a 24hour cancelation period and this call was made well over four days from the appt./ i soon realized that the morning after i had call to complain the amount charged to my card was corrected at 410am. After a few days i recieved a message on my machime saying that they were sorry and i was given the option to get a gift reciept refund or re schedule the appt. , i made many attempts to call back to work things out and was finally able to get ahold of melinda again, who proceeded to tell me that they never charged me 230 and then i offered to email her the credit statement and then it was the bank that made the mistake, and then it was the card company, because there isnt any bank involved with a pre paid visa,. i eventually got through to her that i just wanted my money back but melinda was going to charge a fee for the cancelation so after about ten days and a trip to the chamber of commerse i was finally able to get all of my money back and without any fees. i would not reccomend this place to anyone or if u really want to go there at least lock in a price and check your reciepts
