Matt was great. I had no heat from heat pump or furnace although blower was working blowing cold air. He was able to find the problems caused by some faulty parts and worked through a warranty from a product Paitson does not sell and I so appreciated it. He had a apprentice with him and was very kind to let the young man do some of the work and do the paper work. Will call Paitson again if needed. more

Bailey and Dillion did a wonderful job of tearing out the old furnace/AC and installing the new Lennox Elite. Bailey was very customer focused and did a great job of answering my questions/concerns. They only worked on day 1 as another crew came on day 2 to finish. I would have preferred Bailey to have completed the job. more

On day 1, Bailey and Dillon (sp?) came and removed the old units and got the new AC & furnace installed and running and worked practically non-stop all day. Josh came later to help the guys since Bailey wanted to make sure the AC was running before they left. They all did a fine job of putting up with me and my questions and my pickiness. I've learned from my past experiences to speak up if I had any concerns or questions of how something is being done. These guys were great in working with me and listening to my thoughts/concerns. Bailey communicated with me before he left that he and Dillon were going to another job the next day and Day 2 would bring in 2 other guys along with Josh to complete the furnace/AC install. Josh and Dustin arrived on Day 2 and later Frank and Ed. Ed did a wonderful job with the sheet metal work and Frank is very knowledgeable on furnace/AC issues. Josh and Dustin were great to wanting to make sure I was satisfied with the work they were doing. I had some steel wool and wanted them to put it around the PVC piping on the inside just as a precaution to keep mice, etc. from entering through the space even though they sealed it on the outside with their sealant. I just don't like to be standing on the inside and seeing daylight. They did that for me and I appreciated their customer satisfaction attitude! So job well done to all of you: Bailey, Dillon, Josh, Dustin, Frank and Ed. And last but not least to Ethan and Kevin who came to my home and explained what products Lennox had and the difference between them. Kevin was quick to get back with me on a concern/question I had at the start of Day 2.I've been doing business with Paitson Bros Heating & Air Conditioning since 1986 and have never been disappointed with their Lennox products or their service technicians.I realize the business is no longer run by a "Paitson" but keeps the name because of maybe their reputation over the years. I do hope the people running the business now will continue to keep up with the reputation. more

All aspects of the installation went very well. Coordination and scheduling of the service was excellent. I have only one issue to mention and that is the amount of debris created from boring through the wall for the vent. A method is needed to contain the debris, either a drop sheet or a vacuum arrangement. Otherwise this was a perfect installation from start to finish. more

Frank Patterson helped us out with our A/C unit that was not cooling properly. The entire experience was positive and professional, from calling to schedule an appointment to the service call. I am very satisfied and Paitson Bros. has a new customer - we will be calling them in the future when we need heating and cooling services. Thank you Frank! more

Our air condition froze up and the temperature went from 73 degrees to 80 degrees within a few hours. We contacted Paitson BROS and they sent Matt Wadsworth. Matt was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He reviewed our unit and came back with his diagnostics. He explained the issue and what it would take to fix the issue. In addition, he reviewed the cost of fixing the unit so that my husband and I could make a decision. We did and Matt fixed our unit. Matt also explained what we were to expect after he installed the new parts since out unit had been frozen. We followed his directions and within a few hours our unit was cooling back to 73 degrees. We were very pleased with Paitson Bros having Matt on their team. more

He was thorough and very efficient. he arrived an hour early which was a huge plus for us and explained everything he did and offered suggestions on our a/c system.
