When I bought my first home a year ago we found out one day that we had a few mice and I freaked out, I called a few places around where I live and found that bugs no more was the best price. They came out right away and put what the need to do everywhere. They even asked us where we would like to have more poision put. They even showed us where we should close up cracks and what to look for and they even has a promise that they will come out for the next six months if the problem didnt go away.
