We recently changed banks and couldn't be happier with HSBC. The only snag along the way was that we signed up for an account that included a free first order of checks. We noticed that we were charged for the checks, but a simple call to HSBC customer service cleared the mistake. The number and location of branches and ATMs in Syracuse just can't be beat.
