If I could rate them with no or negative stars I would. The Sun Valley Rite Aid has disappointed me, again. I love the drive thru feature of this company, but this location has theirs closed more than open. They claim personnel issues, computer problems, etc. Numerous occasions we have dropped a script and told to come back in two hours. We go run errands and come back in more like four hours or even the next day and the prescription isn't ready. They lost a script once. I complained to the pharmacy manager once and was the recipient of her grievances against corporate. She states they won't hire more employees and the ones they have hired have no experience. She states one new employee had never used a computer in her life. The bottom line is if you want to use Rite Aid do yourself the favor of driving ten minutes to the one in Sparks on Prater. The service is faster, the drive thru is never closed and the people seem to know what their doing.
