Excellent Customer Care 7/10/2007

Honda Only was recommended by an auto body shop. I located them on-line and sent an email inquiry and was called back within 24 hours. They called me on a Sunday night! Wow! Then they called me again on Monday, as they promised. I am completely impressed with this over the top customer care! more

Honest and Excellent Customer Care 9/14/2006

I needed the Sport Trim for a 1998 Honda CR-V. Honda Only had a listing in Ebay for such an item. I sent my best offer price. I did not wait long for a reply. Shawn gave me a very honest and reasonable price with tax and shipping included. WOW! My item arrived within the time I was told. I had a free t-shirt also. Thanks Honda Only and Shawn. more

Honest , customer orientated representatives serviced me on many different occasions. Their prices met my budget more than once. Shawn, George Lucy & Raffi have always answered any questions I have asked, no matter how trivial. Deliveries have always been sent in a timely fashion, parts have been exactly as I ordered.
