Rom's is located in Sturbridge. It has an attached seasonal icecream stand and function rooms. This is a great restaurant for large gatherings, families, etc. The portion are medium to large, prices are very reasonable. They offer cheese & crackers to all. Not unbelievable food, but good food for agood price.

We had a wonderful turkey dinner at the Publick House the other night. The food was truly exceptional in every way and well worth ordering again. The atmosphere is superb as this is one of the oldest continuously operating restaurant in America. Since Americans used to be shorter than today, tall people take warning of the hand hewed wooden beams overhead.

Another little gem on Route 20. Their menu is imaginative and well thought out. The variety is good. Sunday lunches are really good and a good value. Their main downstairs dining room is a bit upscale but they have a bar/lounge upstairs that serves great sandwiches and some of the dishes from the main menu - upstairs is called The Ugly Duckling. A good restaurant - not great but worth visiting.

Roms is a tasty treat if you are hungry. A day in Sturbridge or Brimfield should bring you right to their front door. The portions are large the food is wonderful, the coffee is from CT and is always fresh. A good place for a good dinner that is filling and satisfying.

My daughter got married not long ago. When she started looking for a wedding gown, she, of course, went through all the bridal magazines. She finally found one that she "had to have"! We went to several bridal shops and then finally, went to Loren's. This is a very small bridal shop but they carry very nice gowns, including tuxedos and mother of the bridge, bridesmaids, etc. They easily were able to get the gown for her. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

This restaurant is located on Route 20 in sturbridge Massachusetts and is a great restaurant. The food, portion and prices are good. They have 2 for specials on Monday. I definitely recommend this place for all. You will not be disappointed. They also have a full service bar. Can get very busy on Friday and Saturday nights.

Located at the entrance to historic Old Sturbridge Village is a very large white old house. Located inside is Country Curtains. This place has all types of curtains from very casual to high end lace. They will make curtains to order also. You pick out the material and they will make them. They have consultants on hand to help you with design and measurements. Their prices are not low but this is not a bargain shop. This is high end quality material. Also, there is a great Thai restaurant next to it and, of course, Old Sturbridge Village. Make it a day trip.
