A fried combo plate served only with fries 18.50! For the price there are a lot better seafood joints on the causeway. I was very disappointed and will spend my money elsewhere n...

Great view and great food, what more could you want 7/27/2005

The food here is just excellent home styled seafood. It is SO good. The views of Mobile Bay are breathtaking. The prices are edging up towards not quite so cheap anymore... but we still love it. The children's menu has enough choices for the pickier kids. Music can be loud on weekends. Sit on the patio if the weather is nice. My kids love looking for gators. more

Seafood cooked the Old Mobile Way! 7/9/2005

Was taken back by how much seafood you can get on one plate.. They have one named "yo Mama's Platter", You talking about everything?.. whewww, you can eat a month on that one platter.. I love where it is also, again on beautiful Mobile Bay, with beautiful views, what a better way to eat really good seafood, while gazing out on the bay and watch the Gaters wait for their share... there is always one around, if not more,, they just slowly swim back and forth, watching you watching them.. really interesting.. as long as you don't try to feed them,,, they remember which restaurants people have feed them and they come back to them.. come and enjoy your food, just don't share... more

It offers calamari, saut ed shrimp, french fries, red beans, cheese sticks, onion rings, grilled tuna steaks, and fried crab claws and chicken tenderloins. The restaurant serves fried crawfish, bay scallops, oysters, fish fillets and sandwiches. Ed's Seafood Shed provides various types of wines, such as merlot, chardonnay, shiraz, riesling and sauvignon blanc. Its dessert menu includes ice cream, cheesecake, and lime and mango pie. In addition, the restaurant provides garden, shrimp, chicken and side variety of salads. Ed's Seafood Shed is located in Spanish Fort, Ala.
