Not one, not two, but *three* times in the last year, Novak Sanitary Service has suddenly stopped picking up our trash and sent us a letter regarding non-payment of our account. Each time we have had to call them and explain that our account is on auto-pay. Our account numbers have not changed and the payment has never been refused by the bank. Somehow our account number keeps getting lost at Novak, and each time we're left with a big, smelly pile of trash for an extra week. Unfortunately there aren't many other options in Sioux Falls.

Not one, not two, but *three* times in the last year, Novak Sanitary Service has suddenly stopped picking up our trash and sent us a letter regarding non-payment of our account.
