Top Notch Limo Service 11/25/2012

Le Limo is truly the cream of the crop. I've used them several times. The cars are always in immaculate condition, drivers are on time and professional. They're have a huge fleet with lots of different options for travel. They are everything you want from your limo company. more

Great Service and Atttention to Detail 2/22/2011

We recently used Le Limo limousine service to and from Logan Airport. Service was great! The drivers were great too! Everything went like clockwork! What we really liked is that we did not have to weary about anything because of their attention to detail. Thank you Jen! more

Refund Policy 3/10/2009

Deposits taken for larger vehicles are ""Non-Refundable"". This policy is listed on the company website. It is also stated to each client PRIOR to placing a reservation and again on the confirmation email you recieve after placing your reservation. Even though deposits are ""Non-Refundable"" they are ""transferable"" to another reservation within 1 year of the cancellation. more

A limo was booked with Le Limo, in Medway MA. This limo was booked for less than 48 hours for an event that was over 7 weeks away. The deposit was $200.00 and the establishment would not refund the money due to the cancellation. Please take note that this establishment is non negotiable, knowing that they would be able to rerent the limo due to busy prom season. more

Love this company! 2/9/2009

I was a pain the the you-know-what when it came to deciding what vehicle I should get for my friend's bachelorette party. The staff, especially Ken and Jennifer, answered all of my questions promptly and with a smile. I booked the Land Yacht and boy was this the BEAUTIFUL! All the girls LOVED the bus and some want to book it on their own some day. We danced and partied all the way into Boston..and this was the perfect bus for our night. Our driver Sam was professional, friendly, and helpful. This is the only limo company I will book from in the future. Thanks Le Limo for everything!! Pros: Everything! more

Le Limo did an outsanding job for my friend and I. We had a fantastic time traveling around Boston, and this could not have happened without Le Limo! Their vehicles are also the nicest in the area. I never have a problem recommending them to my friends because they are so reliable. Since I have used Le Limo, no other limosine service I have used compares! They go above and beyond! Also, when I first made the reservation, the office staff was pleasant and polite. I had to call back a couple of times to make changes, but the office staff did not mind one bit, and changed my reservation while I was on the phone. Then they sent a confirmation via email imediately following our conversation. They were so professional. I would not recomend any other limo service! They are the best of the best! Beyond Expectation 5/17/2006

My husband and I took out a limousine from Le Limo for our wedding anniversary. The driver was early. He was neatly dressed and extremely pleasant. We arrived at our destination promplty. He opened the car doors for us and was waiting for us when we finished dinner. The car was beautiful. It was clean inside and out and looked brand new. There was champagne, soda, water and mints in the car. We would highly recommend Le Limo to anyone seeking outstanding service. Thanks Le Limo for making our night perfect! The staff at LeLimo was very helpful with my daughter's wedding. Every change/add was made without a problem and I could tell they didn't mind helping us out. Exceptional Wedding Transportation! 5/15/2006

Thank you for the exceptional limo service you provided Richard and myself on our wedding day. You exceeded in every way our expectation in your performance. The White Rolls you provided was the nicest and most well maintained Limousine we were able to find. When we first met we explained to you that our wedding day schedule was tight. The Rolls arrived to pick us early to have extra time to take pictures prior to the church. At the church the driver of the Rolls and the second limo were instrumental in guiding the crowd after the ceremony so that we could leave the church on time. This enabled us to get to the reception earlier than expected which allowed us to take more pictures. Thank you once again for your great service. We recommend you all the time. Magical Luxury Bus 11/16/2005

I used Le Limo to carry the Executive Staff of a key customer to a night out in Boston. Le Limo went above and beyond checking weather forecasts and keeping me up to date on a blizzard which allowed us to contact customer early to reschedule event.
