This is a legend in this town and best of all its true. This frozen yogurt leaves other in the dust. Granted it is more expensive than fake frozen treats but I am only happy to pay for this treat. They also have healthy sandwiches and soups. Real treat for all.

This is one those places we drive through more than we go into. It's location makes it an easy place to swing through and pickup, a snack to treat after running into the city while visiting my family in the northern part of rural Caddo Parish. We have also run into to get our treats and use the bathrooms. The facility is kept clean. the staff has always been friendly and efficient. Of course, DQ offers a little more than some of the other fast food places, so when choosing a meal, you do have options. The only thing about this location is where the order box is, I have pulled into the parking lot on more than one occasion and realized that to order at the drive through the box is way over on the right hand side as you are pulling into the parking lot.

A while back my Dad was in the hospital and to be totally honest, we just wanted something different than what we had been eating there. My brother and I loaded up and pulled out of the parking lot and started down Youree. We knew with this area having changed so much over the years we would be able to find something we could sink our teeth into. Well, as soon as we were on the road neither of us knew what we wanted, we spotted this older looking DQ and just decided it would do. Now there are newer, brighter lit and for sure fancier places, but you can't hardly go wrong with a DQ. It wasn't the easiest place to get into, but once we were in the drive through line, the service was satisfactory, the food was hot and of course the price was right. It might not be where I would go for a fine meal, but the meal I ate was fine.

This quaint shop is mostly noted for its yogurt yet the sandwiches are notable as well. Their frozen yogurt is all very good and comes in classic flavors. They are most known for the delicious Humphrey. It is divine. It is a base of vanilla yogurt with honey, granola and fresh fruit. It's by far my favorite. I have not had the soups there, but the sanwhiches are very good. The breads are sweet and taste homemade. I have had their turkey melts and my husband prefers the chicken salad sandwhich. We have not been disappointed with anything from this establishment.
